Qualifications & Experience
I have trained, coached, mentored and supervised professionals in the UK and Europe for over 25 years, working with HR professionals, consultants, leaders, managers who work in banking, airlines, telecommunications, education, manufacturing, healthcare, government and media as well as with charities, micro-businesses and entrepreneurs.
In 2012 I founded Wise Goose School of Coaching, designing and delivering training in coaching at foundation and advanced levels. I am also a partner of GameShift a collaborative hub specialising in systems leadership and transformation.
I have an MSc. in Responsibility in Business Practice from the University of Bath (with distinction), diplomas in Coaching, Supervision, Group facilitation, Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy and a BA in Comparative Religion (first class).
I’m an International Coach Federation (ICF) ACC accredited coach and was a United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) registered psychotherapist from 1994-2017 as well as a member of the Association for Coaching, and a Royal Society for Arts (RSA) Fellow.
In addition to my coaching work, I am also a trustee of two charities and have served as a school governor. I count raising a son as the most important, fulfilling, challenging and amazing achievement of them all.
