Qualifications & Experience
I have trained, coached and supervised professionals across the UK and Europe for more than 30 years. My clients include HR professionals, consultants, educators, leaders and managers in sectors such as banking, aviation, telecommunications, education, manufacturing, healthcare, government, media, charities and small businesses.
I have Master Executive Coach accreditation through APECS (Association for Professional Executive Coaching & Supervision).
In 2012 I founded Wise Goose School of Coaching, designing and delivering Association for Coaching and Institute for Leadership accredited programmes at both foundation and advanced levels.
Wise Goose is proud to be a certified B Corp, reflecting our commitment to responsible practice, social and environmental values, and a wider belief that business can be a force for good.
I am also a partner at GameShift, an FT‑ranked ‘Top 100 management consultancy’,where I support individuals, teams and organisations to flourish in a rapidly changing and often unpredictable world.

My qualifications include:
MSc. in Responsibility in Business Practice from the University of Bath (Distinction), diplomas in Coaching, Supervision, Group facilitation, Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy as well as a BA in Comparative Religion (First Class). I was a United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) registered psychotherapist from for 25 years.
